The evidential value of photographs depicting persons, items and locations involved in both civil and criminal matters cannot be overstated. Photographs can assist a jury to fully comprehend the extent of a client's injuries and familiarize them with pertinent locations. Photographs are also necessary to properly document vehicle and property damage and to depict the original location and condition of physical evidence. Throughout my career I have taken literally thousands of such photographs, relating to both civil and criminal matters, which have been introduced as evidence in Superior and Municipal court proceedings.
